InterNACHI's vendor ad policy.
In order for any Vendor, or potential Vendor, seeking InterNACHI approval of any type,
or the permission to utilize the InterNACHI name, the words National Association of
Certified Home Inspectors, or to use the InterNACHI logo, and advertise the use of
any of these items in any media outlet (eg: Internet, print media, broadcast media,
telephone contact, verbal presentation of any type, etc.), InterNACHI must be assured
that any promotion of a vendor, product, or service by said Vendor meets the requirement
for accuracy and honesty in the items presented.
As such, InterNACHI reserves the right to review any such application for approval,
at any time (even as part of a review after permission had already been granted)
to help assure the accuracy, quality, and applicability (including those involving
State Licensing Requirements of any type whatsoever, and the spirit of the law) of
what a Vendor product/service purports to offer.
If in the sole opinion of InterNACHI, the Vendor has failed to establish accuracy
in the description or intent of the product/service offering, or if for any reason
whatsoever InterNACHI believes the promotion may be construed as misleading, or if
in InterNACHI's sole opinion it can not establish the accuracy of said promotion, InterNACHI
reserves the instantaneous right to instruct the Vendor to remove all references
to InterNACHI, or deny the Vendors right to use the words InterNACHI and National Association
of Certified Home Inspectors, and the InterNACHI logo from all media outlets. In short,
the burden of proof rests with the Vendor.
It is InterNACHI's sole and exclusive right to grant or revoke any approval, permission,
or endorsement at any time, and for any reason.
