all heating and air systems, ductwork, condensation drains, gas venting and probably should include bathroom fans and kitchen venting too.
I would also include the electrical circuits for these too, make sure unit max breaker size is not exceeded, check disconnect boxes for loose or over heated wires. Some HI’s recommend to always check the interior of the electrical panels even when doing limited inspections, too much liability with fires etc. and it does not take very long to do.
