You’re just to dang picky. It’s OK to support roof duct on a broken brick, ain’t it?

Write like you see it Cheryl,

Something like:

Roof ducting (location) support is a broken brick at (location) and a wood block at (location). Non-standard methods of supporting ducting can not ensure proper support of ducting system. Brick is failing and potentially placing stress on ducting system which could lead to complete ducting failure. Roof shingle area under wood block is a potential moisture trap holding moisture on roof shingle diminishing shingle life span. Proper duct supports should be installed to maintain integrity, life span of roof and "HVAC" ducting systems..

Then you can mention the crappy tar job too.. First indication of "quality" work when you see that... ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)
