Gerry Beaumont

Gerry Beaumont came to the United States 10 years ago after owning a remodeling company in England. A former Corian brand manager for DuPont, he now runs Encoga Management, a multi-faceted property management company in charge of rentals, maintenance, remodeling and landscaping. He also teaches an eight-subject, 144-hour home inspection course at Northern Essex Community College. Gerry lives with his wife and two teenage children in Haverhill, Massachusetts and is Chairman of InterNACHI's Education Committee.
