Today InterNACHI released it’s new International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Fire Doors. This is a great way to add additional revenue to your inspection business.  The inspection can be added to your list of inspection services as a stand-alone report.  The NFPA says that all fire doors should be inspected once a year, so next year you will get the inspections again.  We included an expiration date on the report “expires one year after the date of the inspection.”
