It goes over level of care and acceptable practice, incorporating, using InterNACHI’s Certificates of Training in court, independent contractor agreements, turning away certain difficult consumers, InterNACHI’s pre-inspection agreement, disclaimer of warranties, liquidated damages, jurisdiction, “Stay Back” stop signs, report narratives, “Now that You’ve had a Home Inspection” book, InterNACHI’s Client Satisfaction Survey, and general releases.
