Having trouble with Comcast mail?

Comcast internet has been very over-zealous about blocking spam, including thousands of legitimate membership e-mails from NACHI.ORG.  Though we are in constant contact with Comcast to resolve the issue, requests from fee-paying Comcast subscribers are much more effective than requests from a 3rd party.  If you have not been able to receive your membership material or message board notices from InterNACHI at a Comcast e-mail address, please follow these simple steps to alert them to the problem.

  1. Visit http://www.comcastsupport.com/rbl
  2. Enter your name and contact information
  3. In the "Domain of Blocked IP" field, enter "NACHI.ORG"
  4. In the "I am the" field, choose "Comcast subscriber"
  5. In the first "Blocked IP Address" field, enter "66.45.229.10"
  6. Leave all the check boxes unchecked
  7. In the "Issue Description" box let Comcast know that you're a fee-paying member of InterNACHI and are unable to receive important information because Comcast is blocking your e-mail.
  8. Click "Submit"
We are doing everything we can to prevent this from happening in the future, but unfortunately Comcast has been fairly unresponsive.  In the meantime we suggest that you switch your e-mail to either GMail or Yahoo Mail (both are very good e-mail providers).
