CMI announcement at Convention

Press Release: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  **Merrell Institute and InterNACHI Relationship to benefit Membership**
 
On December 15th, 2005, Bill C. Merrell, Ph.D, owner of Merrell Institute and the Appraisal Education Network School was approved to offer the entire Licensing Program in New York State. This approval was issued by the New York State, Dept. of State, Division of Licensing Services. The Approval Codes issued includes, P0011,12,13,14, and 15.  In Addition, Dr. Merrell was licensed to teach these courses as the Lead Instructor.
 
In our commitment to offering InterNACHI members affordable courses to meet their needs, we are offering the programs at up to 80% less than some of our competition. Modules 1, 2, 3, and 4, including all Books, materials and final exams will cost InterNACHI members who re-register $ 1,000 complete. That is thousands less than the competition, and we are offering a program in January 2006 and again in March 2006.
 
Our Facilities are Located at 1461 Lakeland Ave, Bohemia, NY 11716 (Suffolk County) Convenient by Train (Ronkonkoma Station) Airport (Macarthur Airport) and Major Highways (Long Island Expressway, Veterans Hwy, and Sunrise Hwy).  Interested InterNACHI members should go to http://www.approvedhomeinspectoreducation.com/  for the current schedule of required courses to  become licensed as a Home Inspector in NY State.
