Erby Crofutt

Erby Crofutt has fifteen years of property inspection experience along with construction management and new construction inspections with two nationwide property management & facilities management corporations. Erby is a graduate of the Midwest Inspectors Institute and a 2002-2003 member of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspection Association (KREIA). Today Erby operates his own inspection company in Georgetown, Kentucky and sits on the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors' Ethics Committee.
