Defect:  The crawlspace has been contaminated by moisture.  It is likely that a significant amount has actually stood and left a high water mark.  The foundation and its components need to be evaluated by a mold specialist; foundation walls, posts and piers and intermediate floor framing need to be evaluated by a foundation contractor; and the site itself should be be evaluated by a licensed geo-technical specialist or evaluated for service by a grading and drainage contractor.
