Defect description

Defect: Tiles in the tub area have been displaced by moisture. They appear to have been installed with mastic as opposed to being installed with thin-set over a more substantial mortar base. The entire enclosure will need to be retiled. Recommend evaluation and service by a licensed, qualified contractor.
