Defect description

Defect: Unenclosed electrical wire splice at the back of the (assumed) air conditioner
compressor. All electrical wiring splices must be enclosed in junction boxes
and waterfproof junction boxes for exterior wiring. Recommend repair by a licensed
and insured electrical contractor.
