Defect:  Improperly installed flashing and roofing components.  Non-standard roofing methods.  Water/snow intrusion points at numerous locations will lead to premature end of roofing system.  Chimney improperly flashed, no cap, no cover, no liner observed from (ladder at eaves, binoculars at ground).  Recommend complete roofing system by licensed, qualified roofing contractor.
