Defect:  Venting hood on roof at (location) is improperly flashed/sealed to roof decking.  This vent may be installed incorrectly but no determination can be made since amounts of sealant and application methods are beyond normal methods.  Recommend evaluation of this installation by qualified, licensed roofing contractor.
