Defect:  Flashing at chimeny roof junction (location) is damaged, missing and modified by non-standard roof flashing methods.  Water intrusion is very likely at this point to roofing decking and could lead to considerable costly damage to home.  Recommend repair of this ASAP by licensed, qualified roofing contractor.
