Defect:  Major shingle loss visible on roof (location).  Roof decking/sheathing is largely  visible at most exposed points of damage.  Remaining asphalt shingles are damaged or near end of useful lifespan.  Recommend complete roofing shingle replacement by licensed qualified roofing contractor ASAP since decking is completely exposed in areas and will be subject to the elements and will fail prematurely.
