Defect:  Damaged drain waste vent pipe boot (location).  Boot has multiple pieces missing, torn and incorrectly installed.  Roof covering is damaged below boot.  Water intrusion is very likely happening here.  Recommend attention very soon to prevent any further possible damage to roofing sytem and below.  Consult with licensed, qualified roofing contractor.
