Defect:  Damaged lead drain waste vent flashing (location).  The flashing is damaged at the top of pipe.  Open area will allow water to enter between flashing and pipe down into roofing members.  Water intrusion into roofing members will aid in premature end of roof lifespan.  Recommend licensed, qualified roofing contractor to evaluate further.
