InterNACHI's mass e-mail marketing tool gets overwhelming positive response.

Though the CAN-SPAM act doesn’t apply to non-profit organizations, there is some grey-area when it comes to a non-profit organization (InterNACHI) acting on the behalf of for-profit entities (home inspectors). In our latest batch of e-mails sent to real estate agents using our automatic e-mail marketing system, we made sure to comply with each CAN-SPAM provision.
