Case of Environmental Concerns book... FREE to IAC2 members.
IAC2's Environmental Concerns book is available free to all IAC2 members.
The book provides information on mold, moisture, radon, and lead problems found in homes. There are several advantages to giving your client the book at the time you start your home inspection:
- The full color, high quality book dresses up your inspection report.
- It properly explains issues to your client so you don't have to.
- It gives the client or real estate agent something to read while you are inspecting.
- It provides supporting literature to any environmental inspections you are performing such as mold or radon.
- It soft-sells un-ordered ancillary inspection services you might offer such as mold or radon while you perform the home inspection.
- It reduces liability by eliminating future claims that you should have alerted your client to environmental issues even if you don't inspect for them.
- It creates an additional piece of literature, one your client or agent will save, that you can affix your business card to.
This 32 page, full color book is a great tool to let your local real estate offices know that you offer environmental inspections. Each Environmental Concerns
