Insurance Requirements:
a. General Liability Insurance
1. Minimum $20,000 for injury or damage to property
2. Minimum $50,000 for injury or damage (including death) to any one person
3. Minimum $100,000 for injury or damage (including death) to more than one person
b. E&O is not required at this time, but it will be reviewed by the Alabama Building Commission in 2003 as a possible requirement.
