You can restore your InterNACHI® account online at any time. Simply log in using the same email and password as before (forgot your password?) and activate a new billing plan.

Restoring Certified Professional Inspector Status

If you were previously an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and have restored your account, there may be a few things you need to do to restore your CPI status:

  • If it's been less than one year since you cancelled your membership, your CPI status will be restored automatically.

  • If it's been more than one year since you cancelled your membership, you will have to re-apply for certification (you may have to complete new CPI requirements that were added since you originally became certified).

Restoring Membership Records

When you restore your account, nearly all membership records (education history, online agreements, FetchReport reports, etc.) will also be immediately restored. Some old records (including partially-complete course progress) may no longer be available, depending on how long your membership has lapsed.

Changes in Dues

If you restore your account within 14 days of cancellation, you can renew at the same rate that you were previously paying. Otherwise, you will have to pay the same membership dues that new InterNACHI® members pay.
