"10 point check list" for Home Warranty Inspections?

Any of you guys doing those 10 month warranty inspections yet? We are in the process of putting together the forms, and are looking for any "checklists" that you may have specifically regarding washing machines and dishwashers, or where to find a list of the things that a serviceman would look for to deem an appliance "serviceable".

Make sure you pick up a copy of "Residential Construction Performance Guidelines for Professional Homebuilders and Remodelers" published by the NAHB. Quite interesting reading and a good starting point for the type of inspection you want to perform. (http://www.nahb.org/biztools)
