Default 2 inspections

Here is a home I have had the honor of inspecting twice. The water lines were replaced with CPVC, but the home owner did not use the correct connectors so though out the basement it is connected with a hose and clamps.

The next is the main beam and yes the post is straight but the beam is twisted. The exterior wall is not as bad as I thought it would be. The home was brought in from else where and put on the foundation and I am guessing it slid, thus twisting the main beam and pushing the block wall out a bit.

I told them to contact a structural engineer about how this problem should be fixed. Nice to get a second inspection and telling the new buyer the same as I told the seller last year.
