I think that the undercover police officer he solicited was offended by the offer of $20. That's probably how the media came to be alerted so fast.

I'll say it again...throw ALL the bums out and start over. Politics is show business for ugly people. Our new governor is shaping up to be a one term wonder. His performance record from the past should have been a clue, unfortunately the field of candidates sucked from start to finish in both parties.
