I have a 4 point inspection next week and wondered if I should have E&O insurance for those. I am new to home inspections and I'm going to get the E&O pay per inspecton insurance, but do not have it yet. The 4 point is not a full blown home inspection, so do I really need it? Any suggestions about this, or about this type of inspecton?

HI Paul,
No you don't need E&O for a four point. Greg Bell Titusville, Fl 02111507 Serving Central Florida

Thanks. One other question, and that is being a NACHI member, and building contractor, am I qualified to do these inspections without being ICC qualified?

Yes all you need is your NACHI number. Just use the NACHI form on homes over 50 years old being insured by Citizens.
