Default 4 point inspections

Does anybody know if the insurance companies in Florida require the signature of a licensed contractor on their 4 point inspections, or is the signature of a certified home inspector adequate? Have talked to a couple insurance agents I know and they are not sure.

Thanks

The only question I have every had was the electrical portion. Nachi's form and your Id number should be fine. I am a contractor though. There is an inspector in my area that they have stopped accepting 4 points from, but I do not know why.

Most FL insurance companies now use and approve the InterNACHI 4 point inspection form: www.nachi.org/4point.htm

All independently check to make sure you are a member of InterNACHI.
