Barry,
Thanks for firing me. Now i can collect unemployment and ride the coming gravy train. With my math I could work for the financial firms, or the big 3 auto makers, or the feds. lol

Man did I mess up. Totally forgot the two buildings. Does 59310 sound better? HMMM 7 years of college down the drain.

One of the great benefits of this board is the opportunity to take advice from others with tons of experience and that's why I recommended he call or email Dale Duffy to get the best estimate. I was only trying to help him.

Have you had any training in this area? If not I wouldn't do the job. Second the best person to contact would be Dale Duffy. He does commerical all the time.

Third, update your qualifications on your site you have none listed. That's a huge selling point.

-- Click on the man's qualifications link and nothing exist. My recommendation is not to publish your site until it's complete. I only pointed this out because I feel he's loosing business by having in active links such as this one.

Fourth make sure you design up a contract that specifically states what they want you to inspect and what your going to inspect in accordance to their wishes.

-- Should be commen sense to all however just in case it's not I added this so he's fully aware on how I would handle the situation.

Ok I figure it this way. I'm a horrible writer or some reads way to much into some of these post. Please read above. This will be the last time I give my two cents on post like these.

Did I say I graduated? lol

Actually I did graduate from college and have a graduate certificate, 1/2 a masters degree. The 7 years of college was a quote from Animal House, which i think I lived in for awhile.
