Another Draw company

Anyone work with a Draw Company called Elliott. They called me yesterday to see if I would sign up. It looks like they pay slow and low.

Have not heard of this one. Not sure if this is the exact company or not:

Searches for them don't show much and the WEB site does not contain much info.

I do stand corrected on web site info. To find more info you would need to select the "Order ans appraisal online".

Seems they are moving with a growing trend today of trying to be nationwide without having offices there.

Their main busines, obviously, are appraisals. When I signed up with them almost a year ago, they told me they didn't have a lot of inspections yet.

then they called me Tuesday, and requested a draw inspection nearby. We'll see how long they take to send my fee.
