Anyone know where...
Richard Moewe is?
I had to do a follow up inspection on his HI because he couldn't be found. There are indications he may be in NY now. His report stated he is a member of NACHI but I can't locate him here. The mortgage company for his buyer will not lend without follow up information from what he reported on in his report. Just checked the NY Department of State, Division of Licensing. They show no record for a Richard Moewe. The data is current as of Friday, 27 Nov 2009. Should be another update of the database on 4 Dec.
