What are the requirements on hiring an apprentice to assist me.

In North Carolina where HI have to be licensed there is a program called Associate Home Inspectors who have to meet state requirements and pass a test. Then they have to complete 100 for fee inspections before they can sit for the HI licensed test.

In GA you are not required to have a license yet. I would think as long as you are present at the inspection and you complete the report there shouldn't be any real problems. Proper training until you can trust the assistants assessments would be advised.
