Todd - inspect your own house, but have the report issued by another inspector. That's how I did it.

That is exactly what I did, well kinda. I had a friend come in from Tucson , and we both did the inspection. He just signed off on it.

Dan if you send Blaker from Phx and Greenburg from Sedona , they would kill each other before the end of inspection by spending countless hrs debating how to report the defect, and debating proper grammer to complete the report.

Inspection was over months ago. I had a friend from ASHI come help me out...... I found three items that he did not.... LOL

All in all it was a good experience.

And yes Gerry they are ALL out to get me

Its a small profession when you knew exactly who I was referring to.

Kind of reminds me of the old Corp - when we called for the shooter that could hump 48 hours in thru heavy bush - then hit a 900 meter head shot in a crowd - swim 3 miles out with half being underwater - AND - as soon as you called out the requirements, EVERYBODY knew exactly who could do it without any names being laid out on the table.
