You can bet your bottom dollar if I had said "Pine" some wise pundit would have asked for my copy of a laboratory analysis certifying WHAT type of "Pine"

You can bet your bottom dollar if I had said "Pine" some wise pundit would have asked for my copy of a laboratory analysis certifying WHAT type of "Pine"

I.E...... Southern Yellow Pine, Northern Yellow Pine!

That appears to have been eaten by termites. The beam that is.
