Default Business For Sale

My name is Lon Barnaby who has a well-established Home Inspection company in the Allentown area of Pennsylvania. I am retiring and would like to sell my company to someone who may benefit from this profitable business, as I have benefited from it. Perhaps this will be of interest to you or to someone whom you know.
My company, LAB Pro Home Inspection has an excellent reputation among Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Relocation Companies and my wide customer base. I will provide 3-4 months of free on-the-job training in order for you to be fully qualified to conduct all aspects of home inspections. During this time, I will introduce you to the many Realtors who regularly provide referrals to me in order for you to have a ready-made and active source of income.
This on-going, profitable business includes computer files with templates for reports. You can view my website ad < www.labprohomeinspection.com >
If you are interested in this opportunity, call 610-662-2387 for confidential discussions

Are you selling all your tools, computers, vehicles and engineers too?

How many engineers do you have on board?

Are they under contract to stay? Why doesn't one of them take the helm?
Can I manage them from here? Or do I have to move?

I am selling my computer files only. I will provide a list of the tools I regularly use. I have limited my level of business to a workload that I can handle, that is about 250 inspections per year. There is an opportunity to expand the business and hire people if desired and to be a non-operational owner; however, I have not operated my business in that manner.
