Default Clients profit from good inspections
A home buyer with my completed inspection report in hand was able to negotiate the price down another $20,000. Before the Home inspection, the seller would not budge on price. The inspection brings deficiencies to light that the seller is not even aware of. The buyer said he would never buy another property without an inspection, and was very happy in spending a little to make a lot.
