In my area Coldwell gives me a lot of biz and I have never paid any Real estate entity anything.

In my area it is LONG Realty and Realty executives that have the programs. We have tried to stop them , but the loophole makes the Inspector responsible, so they just keep on keepin on, and there are many HI's who continue to pay. I guess $'s rule all, and that is understandable as you have to pay the mortgage, but if these folks would stand against the Realtors it would be over, and in short order!

By the way I have reported this to the BTR many times with no response. I blame Dan Harris.

I have always, (well not always) been a pain in NACHI's side, but there are lots of folks that feel the same as I do and most do not post there thoughts. I, on the other hand say exactly what I think. I actually think Nick likes it that way.

I was a member back when there were not to many members. I have seen the goings on and I have my oppinions about things.

I see no reason why I should not be allowed to voice my oppinions as this is an open and free MB. It just so happens that I am no longer a member so, my oppinions are here in the public domain.


OOOps , almost forgot, I love the NACHI members ( I always tried to help) as I was always helped.I will say it's the Ethics commity that gives me the creeps. If they ever get there **** together I will rejoin and quite honestly have very little to ***** about.
