Since I am a InterNACHI member (getting ready to submit my 4 mock inspections), and I have been doing industrial environmental auditing around the country for about 5 years now and, I have taken and passed the InterNACHI Commercial Property Inspection course; is there anything in InterNACHI's code of ethics or any other documents that would prevent me from doing commercial inspections until COMMINSPECT is up and running? I want to be sure to play by the rules!

Mark,
You may consider actually tyaking one of NACHI's on-site commercial courses. Gerry and I offer these classes. I am having one this weekend in Scranton, PA, and will have one at the end of October in the DC area. The on-line class is a prerequesite. |
