commercial inspections

Things have been getting pretty slow in my neck of the woods lately. I have decided to look around for other inspection options when I'm slow so i checked out a company called pacific field inspections. They do commercial inspections for banks and commercial buildings all over the country and they have locally inspectors for a very small fee do these inspections and E-mail them the info. Anybody out there worked for these folk and if so did you Fax theme your contract to sign? I cant see working for anyone without a signed contract in my hand it sounds like a huge problem any suggestions.
