Default Commercial Market
I have had two commercial inspections postponed/canceled because of problems with the financing. Is anybody else having that trouble in the Midwest? I thought the banks was losing up on lending requirements. I had a client a little over a year ago get denied a loan on a property that inspected well, he had great credit and 50% down. Sad but true.

Not lately (last five months). But, that's kinda normal around here in the winter. I expect things to start jumping in a few more weeks, right around spring thaw. We'll see.
