Default Contaminated Drywall replaced

I did an inspection today where it appeared, and the seller stated the contaminated drywall was replaced. Attached are some interesting photos.

It appears the wiring was not replaced, was the insulation replaced? You need to be very careful here, I'm sure you're aware of that.

There are court-ordered standards here in Florida, you might want to look them up and forward them onto your client, even if you're not in FL.

The wiring was not replaced, the insulation appeared to be and the attic was coated. I also told the client nobody has any idea what the long term effect could be.
