Default How could they forget?
Yesterdays inspection, older home. I was looking at the gutters and it seemed something was missing.... They forgot to cut the holes and install the downspouts!


now that is a ... "Here's Your Sign"

even worse owner and Realtor didn't believe me!

Hahahah, No downspouts! Mabey they stopped on account of rain!

I have never seen it myself, but I am sure I have seen pictures on the MB of homes utilizing concealed downspouts perhaps this was the case just a thought.
