I hadn't heard from DDN in a year and 2 weeks ago, they called me to do one right up the street from my home. Later that afternoon-they called and had 2 more-right up the street from my home. 120.00-less than an hours work.
The town I live in has a population of 800 people-very rural! So I was amazed to get 3 in one day. (new subdivision-about 10 homes under construction)

Recently finished up a commercial job for Granite. Have been doing the draw inspections on an RV storage facility. Five acres of mostly concrete and asphalt, with an office up front. $100 each trip, and I have been there 28 times over the course of a year, for $2800 bucks. It's two miles from my house, and total time per draw including office time was approx. 30 minutes.

Just got assigned another draw from Granite, this one a subdivision of 105 houses. The first phase is approx 1/3 of the total (37 houses). Take approx. ten pics of each house. Total time including drive, picture taking, and office time is around 3 1/2 hours. Paid $450 each draw. Have done three so far for a total of $1350.
I figure by the time the project is finished, I will go back around 20-25 times, for a total of around $10,000.

When people see the word "draw" they just assume everything pays 30-40 bucks. Ain't so!

Granite used to send me 1 a month and now I'm getting 2-3 a week from them.
