09 F250 King Ranch. I bought it in April. I wasn't shopping but got a crazy good deal on this truck with 9K miles on it.

I really like Scott's ride or the idea of a van w/lift, but I do a lot of driving on Houston highways in traffic.

I drive a Ford Van and it works great for me, although being a Home Inspector in Colorado Springs it would be nice if it were a 4-wheel drive. I have an office in my van so a Mustang would be out of the question. I don't think I have seen a Mustang with a ladder rack. Good Luck!!

I'm in the small SUV crowd. They work well for what we do.
Here's what I drive. I think it is the perfect vehicle.
  • Simple enough not be ostentatious.
  • New enough and nice enough to look reliable (and it is actually very reliable).
  • 30mpg.
  • Great in all weather.
  • Keeps my equipment covered and locked. It's got a charging station in the back.
  • There is room for blower door, all the smaller equipment AND my three kids.
  • I got it for half of what I would have paid for a similarly aged and mileaged F150 crew-cab.
