I drive a 2000 Toyota Tundra with 290,000 miles on it, I bought it new in Nov. 1999.
I've been thinking of making a change, but I can't decide what else to get.
Oh well, I'm sure the Tundra has another couple hundred thousand miles in it, maybe I'll just stick with what I have.

“Of liberty I would say that, in the whole plenitude of its extent, it is unobstructed action according to our will. But rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law,' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual.” - Thomas Jefferson

Russell, that's a nice truck. Does that company still exist? I tried to go to smarttrucks.net but it seems that the web site is gone.

Russ how much did the truck set you back. Would love to have something like that one day. I was thinking about getting a black van or black truck one day. If I buy a truck it will be a toyota of course

Those things run from 50 to 75k depending on new or used Billy. I've thought about getting one since the video came out but then every time I think, nah.

I'm in the market for a truck and I'm thinking I want a bad @ss F-250 Super Duty Crew cab Diesel 4wd with all the bells and whistles. I've got a 2000 Nissan Frontier Crew cab with V-6 and 4wd with about 200k miles, that truck has been very good to me.

Whatever I get, I want it tricked out so that I can have a rolling office.

I agree.
Mine is a well cared for 1997 GMC SONOMA 3 Door 4X4. Highrider.
Very dependable, good gas milage, handles well in snow and looka good to boot.

My inspection vehicle is a 1997 Toyota Rav4. It has 323,000 miles on it and it is still going. I would like to get something newer but with one kid in college and the other a senior in high school it will be a few more years before there will be extra money for me. I have installed a set of solar panels on the roof, 1000W inverter and deep charge boat battery in the back. This allows me to run my laptop, printer and battery charger for the camera.

I drive a diesel gulping 2001, 1 ton chevy truck with 297k miles. If I could do enough inspections, I would buy a toyota pick up and park the chevy.

I drive a 1955 Ford Panel Truck, check it out on my website (PropertyExam.com) and boy does it get noticed. I get buisness from that truck, all the time.
Drive whatever you want. I did inspections from a 1948 Indian motorcycle at one time in california. I use a 14' teliscopic ladder most of the time anyway. You can use that with your mustang.

We drive a 2003 Honda Element SUV
It’s bright burnt orange and has our signage all over it.

We don't have to drive in snow - but trust me - sugar sand can swallow a vehicle up to the axels - even four-wheel drive.
The weight distribution on the Element makes transverseing sand pits on long off road driveways a breeze.

The rear seats fold up and away to each side and it has suicide doors and rear lift gate - so the cargo space is incredible. Also comes stock with double power jacks front and rear. The spare tire cover is even a little folding table.

Very visable, Great gas mileage, Honda known for dependability, has the look of professional sensibility yet practical.

2007 Kia Sportage, roof rack for ladders, lay down the rear seat and I can put pretty much everything in back. Sold my pickup so I could at least save some money on fuel.
