Do home inspections, consult a bit on residential IAQ and environmental concerns, do some training to various groups, do contracts with government (have 20 homes to do in January) and a bit of litigation work.

So, where do homeowners with problems due to bad builders, renovators, other trades get help when they have to exercise some pressure to get tthat bad work repaired/re-done?
