Many of us are aware that as Executive Director of NACHI John Bowman's attempts to start a rival association date back to the {2005?} Florida Convention fiasco.

Now he is the owner / founder of NUPI.

As Executive Director of NACHI Bowman then used NACHI's own "members data base" to try and siphon off members to his many schemes / scams.

As Executive Director of NACHI John Bowman "established" a so called National Chapter in order to siphon funds off of our members.
I believe that everyone who fell for this scam should get a refund!

Not that he did anything before he was exposed but ... After his treachery at the convention became public knowledge he became a "Lame Duck" E.D.

I for one am happy to see that he is NO LONGER Executive Director of NACHI and that he has no POSITION or TITLE in NACHI.

NUPI is not either owned or developed by me. I am not the so called founder. They are using one of my sites to organize and that is it. They are in no way in competition with NACHI, ASHI, or anyone. NUPI is intended to be a research center for Home Inspectors, Building Officials, etc. who need a quick and simple way to do research without all the searching. Their is no membership in NUPI.

The NACHI National On-Line Chapter was turned over for operation to the "ladies" in the office a long time ago. They wanted to run it and Nick gave them the blessing. Additionally there has never been any dues associatied with the National Chapter. There was a one time "Administrative Fee", but never any dues.
