Default E&O Insurance - Citadel Insurance written through Llyods of London

Recently I came across Citadel Insurance and received a quote for e&o and liability insurance (written through Lloyds of London) that was extremely competitive.

Just wondering if anyone has worked with them or their program director Ryan Osbourne. I can't seem to find much info on them online.

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks.

DDN [ now bankrupt ] offered E&O through DDN with Citadel with Lloyds being the underwriter. I signed up with them in Dec. Citadel called to say don't worry about DDN going away, you are covered. The Insurance Cert came in so I am covered. Like anything around insurance you hope you never have to use them but if you do .........

We were shocked that DDN closed their doors, and so abruptly. Citadel is a separate insurance company, whose only tie to DDN was the initial marketing of the product. If you have any specific questions let me know, and I'll track down some answers for you.

Richard, how is their pricing compared to the other companies, if you don't mind me asking.
Thanx,
