Default FHA Certification??
I have had several requests from realtors recently stating that banks are requiring an FHA certified inspector for inspections (I suspect that this involves foreclosures). Can someone fill me in on where to get information on the certification process, and what is involved outside of the normal home inspection process? One thing they have specifically told me is that septic inspection must be a part of the report. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

check with your local office to determine requirements.
