Default FHA Completion Form
I received a call from Wells Fargo asking me to do a completed inspection on a HVAC unit. This is the first request I have received since signing up with HUD. Does anyone have a link to their inspection forms? They asked me to fill out the FHA completion form but I don't see it on their web sites.

She need the following: http://www.mapcivilsurvey.com/IMAGES/HUD-92051.pdf

On the bottom -close to your signature- check "Repair Inspection" instead of final.
