Default FHA Inspections
A potential client says that FHA does an inspection so she will not need me.
My question is who do they hire to do their inspections.
A home buyer should still have an inspection for themselves, Right!

FHA inspections are performed by the lender's appraiser. They fall FAR short of a home inspection.
